Dems don't need to trick repubs into anything. All they have to do is let tax cuts expire. Looks to me like establishment dems are ready to vote with repubs for another extension so that if repubs win the senate they can make them permanent. After all, most of them have become rich since they have been in Washington. It wouldn't hurt them! We need progressive dems in congress!
