The mayor and Elizabeth were at Ramalho's West End Gym -- the Lowell boxing gym where Mayor Murphy learned to fight, and the same gym made famous by Micky Ward and the movie
The Fighter.
Elizabeth told Mayor Murphy and the gym's owner Art Ramalho, "I've never been in the ring, but I'm a fighter, too."
